    We are located at 401 Madras Street, Christchurch Central.

    Parking
    You can enter our carpark from Madras Street; turn left just before the lights on Bealey Avenue. We have a drop off area at the front entrance for patients who may require this.

    Public Transport
    You can plan your bus trip from the Journey Planner on the Metro website.

    Accessibility
    We have wheelchair parking and an accessibility ramp. Wheelchairs are available if you need them. We also have an interpreter service available.

People and Culture

The People and Culture team contribute to achieving the organisation's purpose by supporting Pegasus Health staff and partnering with people leaders through the different stages of the employee life cycle including talent acquisition, onboarding, wellbeing, and performance development. We continually improve our process to ensure they match the needs of the organisation and its people. We lead the initiatives on culture and wellbeing. 

Finance

The Finance team are accountants, business partners and advisors who prepare and provide financial information, insights and advice to support strategic and operational decision making and to meet regulatory reporting requirements.

The team is also responsible for the management of the company’s working capital and treasury management including debt arrangements. It produces annual reports which are audited, undertake budgeting functions, forecasting and has a comprehensive costing model that informs contract negotiations.

The team is responsible for the accounting functions of several other entities.

Commercial 

The Commercial team manages a range of commercial partnerships and services for the Pegasus business. A number of our commercial services are focused around the identified needs of running a general practice.

Governance Support 

The Governance Support assist the Charitable and Membership Boards, Population Health Advisory Board, and Pegasus Population Health reference groups and Board committees.

Brand and Communications

The Brand and Communications team is responsible for:

  • Providing easy to understand, useful information to Pegasus members to help them run their practices.
  • Providing guidance on effective communications that are sent by Pegasus to all stakeholders, including staff, member practices, health partners, Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Waitaha Canterbury, and the general public.

Digital Platform team

The Digital Platform team enables Pegasus Health staff and our partners through a suite of platforms and digital tools. They encourage best practice and provide digital training and development to help people achieve their work to enable our partners in health.

The legal team is here to provide advice on any legal issues, to help with negotiating and drafting contracts and as a sounding board for decisions affecting Pegasus Health.  They are specialists in issues around privacy (for patients as well as for their own team) and around the legal frameworks that impact Pegasus Health.

Project Management Office

The Project Management Office provides support across the organisation to plan and execute projects big and small. It assists with reporting, managing the impact of change, managing risks, solving complex problems, thinking outside the box when needed, and anything else that is needed along the project journey.
