Our teams support the delivery of Information Technology (IT) platforms, systems and tools to support Pegasus Health and general practice business operations that improve effectiveness, service quality, and customer experience across Waitaha Canterbury and the South Island health system.

Specific support areas include:
  • Service (Help) Desk
  • Application Support
  • Infrastructure – anything from buying and installing a PC in a general practice to managing core infrastructure

We enable integrated healthcare delivery that supports patient care. We do this by developing and maintaining systems that facilitate the sharing of health information and referrals for care.

This includes:

Electronic Record Management System (ERMS)

ERMS provides a single point of referral to any part of the broader health system including community providers, and both public and private sectors. ERMS integrates most common patient management systems used in primary care, hospitals and Allied Health professionals.

HealthOne

Connect care. Better outcomes.

HealthOne enables health information to be collected and shared between healthcare providers. This helps them to make safer, faster, and better-informed decisions about patient care.
