Service desk support for incident resolution, requests, and technical advice.
Remote access
Remote access service which allows practice staff to access their Practice Management System (PMS) and other data while offsite, using Citrix or Remote Spark platforms.
Secure backup
Cloud based backup service managed by Pegasus for your PMS (currently only MT32) and any other data you request.
PMS updates
Monthly subscription service where Pegasus complete Medtech32 updates such as MIMS, IMMS, GMS, maternity, and Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC) subsidies for a fixed charge.
Procurement services
IT hardware and software procurement service with the benefit of business grade hardware including warranties, antivirus protection, licensed software and Pegasus group pricing.
IT hardware audit
Ensuring a practice’s computer hardware and peripherals are robust in terms of age, condition, and their physical location is important, to reduce the chances of a potential failure, resulting in downtime and lost productivity.

A secure and reliable wireless solution to help you keep your patient data secure while aligning with Health Foundation Standards.
PMS migrations
Support for migration between Medtech32, Medtech Evolution, and Indici platforms.
PMS training and technical support
Training and technical support for Medtech32, Medtech Evolution, and Indici practice management systems for the roles of nurse, reception, doctor, practice manager and finance.
